Fans of strategy games on the PC from year’s past will probably be familiar with the Age of Empires franchise. It offered up real-time strategy game mechanics and some intense competitive play. The series has now gone mobile with the new game called Age Of Empires World Domination, which has just launched in the Play Store although it is currently only available in a handful of countries as this appears to be a soft launch of the game for now. While there’s no telling how long it might be before the game reaches a worldwide launch, you may end up being able to install the game depending on your region, so if strategy games interest you, it’s worth checking to see if the game is compatible.
Age of Empires World Domination contains multiple different civilizations for you to choose from, including the Japanese, the Huns, the Vikings, the Britons, the Chinese, the Celts, the Franks, and the Saracens. There are also over 100 different heroes to bring under your command including Joan of Arc, King Arthur, Knut The Great and others. There is also plenty of customization available as you can build out your empires with loads of different options for defenses, and you can choose where to dedicate most of your resources whether it’s building a larger army to be an unstoppable force, or to dump time into researching new technologies.
KLab Global has designed and developed this game from the ground up and specifically for touchscreen devices, so the gameplay experience should be quite enjoyable for those who are fans of the strategy genre. Even for those who think they might enjoy a strategy game but are a newcomer to the game type, Age of Empires World Domination features an easy set of “guide missions” which are tailored to helping you train and practice so you can hone your skills. You can even enable an A.I. mode and let the computer do all the work for you if you still want to progress in level and skill, but either don’t have the time or simply don’t care to do so yourself. Age of Empires World Domination is a free game, and you can check to see if it’s available in your country or on your devices by hitting the Play Store button.
