Sony Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium are the company’s newest flagship handsets. This Japan-based company has released these two devices in dual-SIM variants in India a while back, and they do have quite a lot to offer. Both of these phones sport one of the best cameras out there, and the Xperia Z5 Premium has a 4K display, not to mention that both devices offer top of the line specifications, including 3GB of RAM, Snapdragon 810 SoC, etc.

9. Meizu MX5

The Meizu MX5 might not be the latest and greatest from Meizu anymore, but it sure is one of the best offerings at the moment, and it is available in India. The MX5 sports 3GB of RAM and is powered by Helio X10 64-bit octa-core processor, not to mention that the phone is made out of metal. The 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display is also a part of this package, and the device ships with Android Lollipop will Meizu’s Flyme UI available on top of it.

8. Google Nexus 5X

The Nexus 5X is one of the two Nexus smartphones Google has released this year. This handset is manufactured by LG, and is the mid-ranger offering by Google. The phone sports 2GB of RAM, and is powered by the Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core SoC, while it ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, of course. The Nexus 5X certainly is a good option if you don’t have the cash to afford the Nexus 6P, or you just want a smaller handset.

The LG G4, is next to V10, the latest and greatest LG has to offer. This handset was announced back in April, and it’s still a great option. It sports a great 16-megapixel camera, Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core processor, and generally a nice design. The 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display is also a plus for some of you, I’m sure. This is not the most affordable device around, but if you’re looking to buy a very capable LG-branded phone, this is your best choice in the country.

6. Samsung Galaxy S6 / S6 Edge (Plus)

Samsung has released the regular Galaxy S6 this year, but along with that phone, they’ve announced the Galaxy S6 Edge which sports curved display on both sides. The phone looks quite sleek, and the company has also decided to release the bigger variant of this phone they’ve named Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. Now, these three handsets sure are great options, and definitely deserve a place in this list, but are quite expensive and definitely not for everyone because of it.

5. Motorola Moto X Style

The Motorola Moto X Style is the company’s current flagship. This smartphone is significantly more affordable than some other flagships out there, at least if we consider well-known brands, and Motorola’s software is also really good. The Moto X Style features a 5.7-inch QHD display, 3GB of RAM and is powered by the same SoC you’ll find in the LG G4, the Snapdragon 808.

YU Yutopia is YU’s first flagship. This company has announced 5 devices in total, and the first four were either entry-level or mid-range smartphones. The Yutopia ships with 4GB of RAM, Snapdragon 810 SoC, and a 5.2-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display. The phone packs in a 3,000mAh battery, and on top of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop you’ll find Cyanogen OS 12.1. The phone is made out of an aircraft grade metal, and a 21-megapixel Sony’s camera can be found on the back of it.

OnePlus 2 is one of two OnePlus-branded devices announced this year. This is the company’s newest flagship, and considering its price and what it has to offer in return, it’s definitely one of the best offerings out there at the moment. This handset features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 4GB of RAM and is powered by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC. The 13-megapixel shooter can be found on its back, and OnePlus’ OxygenOS ships on top of Android OS.

2. Samsung Galaxy Note 5

The Galaxy Note 5 is the latest ‘Note’ phablet by Samsung. This is one of the most powerful devices available at the moment, and as it’s usually the case with the company’s ‘Note’ phablets, it ships with an S Pen stylus. The device is powered by the Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core SoC, and it also sports one of the best cameras available at the moment. The Note 5 certainly isn’t cheap though, so keep that in mind.
