Hands-On With The Acer Predator Z35 & X34 Monitors

Typically monitors aren’t the kind of thing we cover here, but with CES going there is lots of stuff to see and monitors are something which generally everyone ends up using if they need a computer for any purpose. The Acer Predator line up is more of a gaming-focused collection of hardware, and part of that is the Predator Z35 monitor which we were able to get some hands-on time with, as well as the Predator X34 monitor.

Both the Z35 and the X34 are wide screen monitors with a whole host of features tailored to gamers, like a sleek menacing design with a neat looking underglow that shines from the bottom of the monitor onto the surface it sits on. Both also feature NVIDIA’s GSYNC technology which help to mimize screen tearing and stuttering during gameplay so that you have a super smooth experience. The Z35 is a 35-inch display while the X34 is a 34-inch display, and both feature DTS sound but the X34 has 2 7 watt speakers while the Z35 features 2 9 watt speakers. Both monitors also feature QHD resolution so any picture looks ultra sharp and crisp for a visually stunning appeal.
