Hands-On With The ALCATEL ONETOUCH GO Watch

One of the many things that CES 2016 has produced is a cavalcade of wearables and smartwatches, and ALCATEL are a company who have introduced a new smartwatch into the mix this year. The interesting bit is that their new device, known as the ONETOUCH GO Watch does not run Android Wear and instead runs their own proprietary software. It does however, connect up to Android devices.

The ALCATEL ONETOUCH GO Watch comes in two different colors which we were able to get some hands-on time with, and the colors include black and white models. The GO Watch is IP67 rated meaning it’s waterproof and dustproof, but it’s also built with a shockproof design to withstand damage so you won’t have to worry too much about dropping it or accidentally knocking it up against stuff. It comes equipped with a 225mAh battery inside which should be up to five days of battery life, better than most smartwatches on the market, and in addition to the two base colors for the watch casing ALCATEL also offer casings in those two colors with variations of accent colors like red, blue, pink, orange, and more. You can also further customize the watches with interchangeable bands of different colors.
