At CES this week, Japanese smartphone manufacturer, Freetel, announced that they are planning their expansion into the U.S. market during 2016. One of the devices which will launch first from the company is the Freetel Kiwami and this will be their flagship device which is sold as an unlocked device and one which is due to become available in Q1, priced at $389.
While Freetel are showing the Kiwami at CES this week, they are also showing a device which goes by the name ‘Freetel Musashi’. This is another device which is due to be released in the U.S., although this is one which is not expected to arrive until the second quarter of the year. In terms of the device, the Freetel Musashi is actually a flip phone which runs on Android. As it is a flip phone it does offer a dual screen level of usage (one screen on the outside of the phone and one on the inside). This is also a device which will come sporting front and rear cameras. Unfortunately, detailed specs and the likely price of the Freetel Musashu has not been released by Freetel just yet. That said, you can take a closer look at the Freetel flip phone by checking out the gallery below.
