There is little arguing with whether the Samsung Galaxy S7 is currently the most anticipated smartphone. Whether you are interested in Samsung smartphones or not, the Galaxy S7 is hitting the headlines multiples times a day with new information appearing in micro-bursts. The latest of which came through a few hours ago and detailed that the Galaxy S7 will offer massive playback time. In fact, it was said that it will be able to play video content, at maximum brightness, for as much as seventeen hours. Whether that is actually the case, remains to be seen.
Either way, this is a highly anticipated device and as part of the run-up to the unveiling, which is believed to be taking place in the next few weeks at MWC in Barcelona, there has been a number of renders, concept videos and images emerging and declaring to depict the Galaxy S7 and its partner device, the Galaxy S7 Edge. Now, it is time for some more as the images above and below have now come down the wire and again claim to show what the upcoming two Samsung flagship devices will look like.
The top image comes from Venture Beat, by way of Evan Blass, who is known for routinely providing leaked and inside information on a number of devices. Therefore, this does add some authenticity to the notion that these could actually be the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. In fact, it had been thought that there could be as many as four variants of the Galaxy S7 being released, although, this was another rumor which Blass looked to squash by recently declaring that there will only be two devices, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Of course, whether there is two or four devices, or whether they can offer as much as seventeen hours of playback time will all become official in the coming weeks. Until then though, you can take a closer look at the latest two images above and below. The one below also came today courtesy of Blass, albeit through his twitter handle, @evleaks. Both images do seem to further confirm that the Galaxy S7 Edge will be the larger of the two devices. A rumor which has consistently been coming through of late. Not to mention, the image below does also seem to highlight the date which is largely expected to be the unveil date.
