Galaxy S7 Accessories List Pops Up, Battery Case In Tow

Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge later this month, and the information regarding these two phones just keeps on coming. Various rumors and leaks surfaced in the last couple of weeks, and the closer the launch event is, the more such information pops up online. We’ve already seen various cases leak for both of these devices, some of them have been officially listed by various case manufacturers. Well, we do have some new info to share with you, it seems like Samsung’s list of official Galaxy S7 family accessories leaked, read on.

If you take a look at the screenshots down below, you’ll get to see a ton of listed accessories. These are, allegedly, Samsung’s official accessories which will be released for the Galaxy S7 family of devices. After taking a closer look at the list, we’ve noticed that Samsung plans to release a battery case of their own, just like Apple did for an iPhone, we do hope that Samsung will design their offering better though. Samsung’s battery case will, reportedly, include a 2,700mAh battery on the inside, and it would be interesting if wireless charging would come included. Anyhow, this case will cost $99.99 according to the listing, which is quite pricey. There are various other accessories listed here, like the Samsung LED View Flip Cover case, which also seems interesting, that case will cost $77.7 according to the listing. A number of Clear cover and Clearview cases are listed here, Leather Cover case as well. All in all, it seems like Samsung means business, they’ll offer an incredible amount of official accessories if this list is accurate.

The Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be announced on February 21st in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress. The two phones will be fueled by either the Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 SoC, depending on the variant, and will ship with 4GB of RAM on the inside. The 12.2-megapixel BRITECELL camera has been mentioned, but it is possible Samsung will include Sony’s 23-megapixel snapper instead (the one used in the Xperia Z5 line). The Galaxy S7 is expected to ship with a 5.2-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will, reportedly, come with a 5.5-inch QHD Super AMOLED panel. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be a part of this package, and so will the physical home button.
