LeEco is one of the more interesting companies out there. This China-based company was actually known as Letv until recently when they rebranded to LeEco. The company has introduced five devices thus far, the Le 1, Le 1 Pro, Le Max, Le 1s and Le Max Pro. The latter one was actually announced as the first Snapdragon 820-powered smartphone during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas back in January.

That being said, LeEco is actually expected to introduce their new line of flagship handsets in a month or so, and we’ve already seen plenty of Le 2 / Le 2 Pro leaks thus far. Now, if you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll get to see the alleged LeEco Le 2 handset. The source claims these are the official concept images of the upcoming Le 2 handset, though they look kind of like regular third-party concept shots, mostly because they show off a rather futuristic looking handset. Looking at this phone, you’ll notice there are no physical buttons present on its body, and the screen wraps around the phone’s sides. This design actually resembles Samsung’s ‘Dual Edge’ design of the Galaxy S6 Edge and S7 Edge, but the curve is even more extreme. LeEco’s branding is present on the phone’s back, and the rear-facing camera is located in a rather odd place, placing is quite similar to the one we’ve seen on the OnePlus 2. This look sa bit strange, but it should make it easier for you to grip the device while taking images, and make it more natural to hold it considering our hand won’t accidently cover the lens. LeEco is rumored to use ceramic and glass to manufacture this handset, and it is possible we’ll see Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner implemented here as well (below the display).

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC is rumored to fuel the LeEco Le 2, and the device will probably ship with 4GB of RAM on the inside. We can expect to see the Type-C USB port on the bottom of this phone, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow will hopefully going to come installed out of the box. The Le 2 will ship ith a QHD display as well, though we still don’t know its dimensions. All in all, we do expect LeEco Le 2 to be significantly different than its predecessor in terms of the design, the company has already said that we can expect ‘revolutionary technology’ in Le 2’s case, so… we’re interested to see what will LeEco introduce.
