Sprint Announces 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Sprint has been steadily improving their network – although it’s important to remember that while it’s improved in many areas it may not be improved in all areas  – and now Sprint is looking to get their customers back on their network. Many have the perception that Sprint’s network isn’t all that great, and that’s due to the last 5 or so years, where their network hasn’t been great. So the carrier has announced a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee that means if you switch to Sprint and within the first 30 days you don’t like the service, or carrier, for whatever reason, they will refund all your costs. That also includes your device payments (obviously you’ll need to return your smartphone).

This isn’t quite the same as Test Drive from T-Mobile, where you are able to test drive their network without spending any money on their network. But it is a good way to get customers to take a chance and try out Sprint’s new network. With LTE Plus delivering great speeds these days, and Sprint seeing all sorts of improvements in coverage and speeds across the US, it’s a great idea. It’ll be interesting to see how many customers they add with this new satisfaction guarantee, but it should at least be in the positive side.

Sprint also took the time to remind us in their press release that they are also still halving the prices for customers that switch from AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile right now, and will pay up to $650 to cover your switching fees to join Sprint. They will cover your ETF to get out of your contract – if you have one – as well as device payments and your final bill. You will need to turn in your current device to them, to get the full amount though.

The carrier also has the Samsung Galaxy S7, and Galaxy S7 Edge available right now with the LG G5 up for pre-order and launching next week. So they have some pretty great devices on their network right now. All of which would be great devices to switch on over too. And with this 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee, it’s definitely worth trying out.
