Oppo is one of China’s largest smartphone manufacturing companies. This company has managed to sell 50 million smartphones last year, which managed to surprise quite a few people. The company’s Oppo R7 and R7 Plus handsets were the most popular devices manufactured by this company, Oppo managed to sell 15 million Oppo R7 and R7 Plus units, which is commendable. The company has introduced the Oppo R9 and R9 Plus quite recently, and it seems like yet another Oppo-branded handset will land soon, read on.
Oppo Find 7 was the company’s flagship for 2014. This 5.5-inch handset was considered to be quite bit back then, and it sports high-end specifications. Oppo was expected to introduce its successor last year, but that did not happen. Well, according to new info from China, the Oppo Find 9 will be introduced in June, and will sport a 4K display. Now, in addition to this, the device is also expected to ship with the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Needless to say, this will be Oppo’s all-new flagship. Now, in addition to all this, rumors also say that Oppo might release two variants of this handset, one with a regular 4K display, and the other with a curved panel. The device is also expected to sport a ‘Smart Sensor’ image stabilizer (which should make its camera more capable), and the company’s new VOOC Flash Charge technology which can charge up a 2,500mAh battery in just 15 minutes. Sounds too good to be true? Well, we’ll see.
The Oppo Find 9 has leaked several times in the past, but we haven’t seen any such info surface for quite some time now. The device will probably going to be made out of metal, and rumors say it will cost around 4,000 Yuan ($616). Oppo’s devices aren’t exactly the most affordable around, so if the spec info is accurate, this smartphone might even cost more than 4,000 Yuan when announced.
