OnePlus Community To Decide OnePlus 3 Peer Review Candidates

Right now, much of the mobile world is anticipating what OnPlus will bring to market in the form of their latest flagship offering, the OnePlus 3. As the name suggests, this is the third in the company’s flagship line and is expected to make its debut on June 14. Although availability has not been confirmed yet, OnePlus has announced that a select number of users will be able to get their hands on the device early, by way of a new program the company has launched dubbed ‘The Lab’.

In short, The Lab is designed to be a peer review program where a select number of participants will be able to test out the OnePlus 3 and provide their insights and feedback in the form of a review for the handset. Presumably the reviews will be fused together to create an overall peer insight into the handset. The program was initially open to anyone who is part of the OnePlus community to apply and as to be expected, many did apply, thousands in fact.

The initial application process is now over and OnePlus has whittled down the list to sixty possible reviewers. OnePlus had already confirmed that there would only be thirty places available for reviewers and this means that OnePlus still needs to reduce the number of applicants down by half. In doing so, OnePlus is asking the community to help make that decision. The same page which initially went live detailing the new peer review service has now updated to reflect the downsizing of applicants to the sixty and is asking the community to vote on who of the sixty should make the final cut and become one of the select thirty to get their hands on the device first and provide feedback. As such, if you would like to decide which of the sixty does become a OnePlus 3 peer reviewer then you can head through the source link below. There you will see the applicants, a brief blurb (or reason why you should vote for them) as well as the ability to vote for who you would like to join the select review team.
