Transformers are a huge brand at this point. Younger generations are quite probably more familiar with a number of Transformers movies that were released in the last couple of years, while those of you who are in your late 20s or 30s quite probably remember the original TV series (cartoon series) which started airing back in 1984. No matter in which category you belong in, chances are you’ve come to love Autobots, and even their enemies, the Decepticons. Transformers Rescue Bots: Hero, is not exactly a game developed by Hasbro, but it does have Hasbro’s license. This game comes from Budge Studios, a well-known Android game development studio which mainly focuses on releasing games for kids. Well, Transformers Rescue Bots: Hero, can be considered to be such a game as well, though pretty much everyone is invited to play, of course. This game basically lets you use Transformers in order to help people out in the time of need, no matter if we’re talking about natural disasters, or something completely different.
You have four rescue bots in this game, Heatwave: Fire-Bot, Chase: Police-Bot, Blades: Copter-Bot and Boulder: Construction-Bot. There are 5 rescue missions at your disposal, Volcanoes, Earthquakes, Avalanches, Wildfires, and Morbots. The first four are natural disasters, while Morbots are Doctor Morocco’s evil minions. The graphics in this game are quite cartoonish, and there’s nothing wrong with that, it actually fits in really nicely. The game is free to download and play, though do keep in mind that there are in-app purchases included here. Not all 4 Transformers are available from the get-go, though you can purchase them if you’d like.
