OPPO R9 Plus Is Now Available For Purchase In Australia

OPPO had introduced the OPPO R9 and R9 Plus smartphones earlier this year (in May). These two devices have been available in certain regions for a while now, and the ‘Plus’ variant is now rolling out to Australia as well. The device is available from JB Hi-Fi for $699. This metal-clad smartphone sports a 6-inch fullHD AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM 64GB of internal storage, and it is fueled by the Snapdragon 652 64-bit octa-core processor.

TCL Unveils TCL 560 Smartphone In India, Costs Rs. 7,999 ($119)

The TCL 560 is the company’s new entry-level smartphone. This handset comes with a 5.5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 210 64-bit quad-core SoC, along with the Adreno 304 GPU. The 8-megapixel shooter can be found on its back, and a 5-megapixel camera is available on the front. The TCL 560 comes in Dark Gray and Metallic Gold color variants, and it is available for Rs. 7,999 ($119) exclusively from Amazon India.

Panasonic Eluga Note Hits India, It Costs Rs. 13,290 ($197)

The Eluga Note is Panasonic’s new mid-range offering for the Indian smartphone market. This handset comes with a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. The phone is fueled by an octa-core SoC running at 1.3GHz, and a 3,000mAh battery is also included in this package. The 16-megapixel camera can be found on the back of this phone, and the device is priced at Rs. 13,290 ($197) in India.

LeEco Le 2 Is Now Getting the EUI 5.8 Update, Bug Fixes In Tow

The Samsung Galaxy A8 is joining the Android Marshmallow club, the company has started rolling out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to this handset in India. The update is 1,112.27MB big, and it comes with Google Now on Tap, new design, Doze, granular app permissions, and so much more. The OTA update will hit your device soon, though you can manually check whether it is available as well by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software Update.
