Bluboo recently began their pre-sale for their latest smartphone, the Bluboo Maya Max. While this is a smartphone which currently comes running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and is still not shipping as of yet, it is now being rumored that Bluboo Mobile is already working on upgrading the Maya Max to Android Nougat. A move which if true, would likely be an additional selling point for picking up the Bluboo Maya Max.
Compared to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), Android 7.0 (Nougat) brings with it a number of new features. In addition, Nougat also includes support for the new Vulkan API. This is a new 3D rendering API which provides explicit, low-overhead control of the GPU and offers a significant boost in performance for heavy applications. In terms of security, Android Nougat also uses a brand new encryption method which allows the user to encrypt a single file instead of simply supporting encryption via an app or otherwise. Although, one of the most well-noted new features of Android Npugat is the inclusion of multi-window support, which means users can make use of two different windows at the same time, even specifying separate minimum height and widths for each window. This obviously does also mean that it is a much faster multi-tasking operating system, with the ability to switch between frequently-used tasks.
If you are not so familiar with the Bluboo Maya Max, then this is a smartphone which comes packing a big 6-inch JDI display, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and a MediaTek octa-core (MTK6750) processor (clocking at 1.5 GHz).
