PewDiePieTo Be Featured In A YouTube Streamer Sim Game

PewDiePie is starring in an upcoming simulator game about being a YouTube streamer, which seems fitting since streaming while he plays games is how he has grown his massive following. While many people that visit YouTube often enough might be familiar with PewDiePie’s work, for the uninitiated, he’s the most subscribed to YouTube streamer the site has with a whopping 47 million plus followers. Tuber Simulator also won’t be PewDiePie’s first game, as he released a mobile game called PewDiePie: Legend of Brofist back in the Fall of 2015. With a second game on the way he’s likely poised to add more followers to the already large number.

Other than the collection of images below, PewDiePie hasn’t divulged much detail about the game itself, such as pricing and availability or whether or not this will be on mobile as well as other platforms, but given the nature of the game’s title it’s fairly easy to make an educated guess as to the type of gameplay, as there are already a number of popular and well-received simulator games on Android that PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator seems to be inspired by. The graphics carry a similar style to them as his first game and are also reminiscent of other simulators, and although there aren’t really any specifics about the game the images tell the story of what you’ll be doing, which is building up your streamer empire.

Alongside the posting of the early screenshots, PewDiePie does state that the game will be coming soon, and he mentions Outerminds in the tweet which suggests that they will be the studio developing this new game for him, making it their second project together as they also developed Legend of Brofist. If you enjoy these types of simulator games chances are this one will delight you and you can expect it to carry much of PewDiePie’s specific brand of humor, and despite having not mentioned a cost for the game, if it does end up on Android it wouldn’t be surprising to see it come to the Play Store at or around $4.99 which is the current cost of PewDiePie’s first mobile title.
