M Browser also supports multiple languages, including English, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, and more, making it versatile enough for many people across the globe. Changing the languages on the fly is also possible and simple, as the language selector is located right in the list of options from the overflow menu.
Of course, a browser with safety and security as part of its offering benefits wouldn’t be as safe or private without an incognito mode, and M Browser proudly offers users the ability to open up incognito tabs anytime they wish. Simply hit the overflow menu and it will be the second option down on the list.
Users who don’t like distractions while browsing or watching videos on the web will appreciate the cinema mode and the option to hide the status bar while browsing. You can also take things a step further and hide the tabs as well by enabling the full-screen browsing option.
Upon entering the browser for the first time you’ll be greeted with a popup message that offers up some useful tips on how to make the most of M Browser, which I found to be pretty useful as I wanted to know what would distinguish this from other browsers like Chrome. One of the ways it does this is through the ability to go back and forward on pages by swiping inward from the left and right edges of the display.
In the overflow menu you’ll also find the settings for M Browser, which lets you manage things like the download location of files, advanced settings options, the home page that pops up when you open a new tab and more.
M Browser also features a nifty little download manager that displays as a popup window on the screen whenever you try to download a file from the web. After asking you what you want to do with the image, you can either download it, open it, or open it in a new tab.
You can also save bookmarks rather easily, and once you have some, the bookmark manager is easy to use as well, displaying your bookmarks in thumbnail style images instead of a list of links. This could make it simpler to tell which bookmark is what.
Overall M Browser is much like other browsers that are available on Android, and it does offer familiar features that users have undoubtedly come to love and wouldn’t want to live without, like private browsing through an incognito mode, as well as somewhat unique features like the toggle for full screen mode which gets rid of the tabs, although you can bring the tabs back into view anytime you like simply by swiping down from the top of the page. M Browser is also free and I found it to be a pretty basic browser in terms of design, which likely helped its browsing speed and faster page loads.
