Anker Launches Home Automation Brand 'Eufy'

Anker is preparing to celebrate their fifth anniversary pretty soon, and during their five years of existence, they’ve put together some pretty interesting products. Venturing away from battery packs, and chargers, the company has now started to release all types of home automation products. This includes things like robot vacuums, humidifiers and lamps. Of course, the company will have more coming in the future. With home automation being such a popular topic in recent months, the company has decided to launch a new brand for these products to fall under, which is ‘Eufy’. These products are still sold exclusively from Amazon.com, so you’ll still get free two-day delivery if you’re a Prime member.

One of the products in the store is the Lumos A4 (and the Lumos A3). These are both LED reading lamps, that would look nice on a desk or a side table. It does have the ability to adjust the light based on the user’s preference. The bulb inside is said to last nearly 20 years of use. So it’ll definitely last you quite a long time, and you definitely won’t need to worry about changing the light-bulb anytime soon.

Another product that Eufy has available is the RoboVac20. As the name would suggest, this is a robot vacuum, which can clean your home on its own without your help. So you’ll never need to vacuum your home or apartment again. It does feature self-docking, so once it is done, it’ll find its way back to its dock and charge up and be ready to go for the next round of cleaning. Speaking of battery, there’s a 6700mAh battery inside, which Eufy says can clean for up to 3 hours continuously. Which is likely more than anyone will actually need. Since the RoboVac20 is such a small vacuum, it can get under furniture that most other vacuums wouldn’t be able to.

Their store is fairly small at this point, but that will likely change in the very near future. It’s going to be interesting to see what they come up with, as their products are already fairly inexpensive.
