Rogers: Free Insta-Share Projector With Moto Z Pre-Order

It is no secret that Rogers is selling the new Moto Z and taking reservations as we speak. However, it has dropped a great bombshell, and for a limited time until the October 4 (launch day) whenever you reserve a Moto Z, Rogers will throw in a Moto Insta-Share Projector worth $399.99 for free. The big stipulation is that you must select a 2-year Share Everything plan and it is while supplies last. This offer is for new or existing customers and Rogers does state that both devices may not necessarily arrive at the same time and if you return the Moto Z within the 15 days, the Insta-Share Projector must be returned “in its original condition.”

The Moto Z is the first smartphone from Moto under the full tutelage of Lenovo. It sports a 5.5-inch AMOLED QHD display with an impressive 535 pixels-per-inch (PPI.) Lenovo was wise to slip in the 64-bit Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor along with an Adreno 530 GPU that can handle any graphics you throw at it. The Moto Z is packing 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 32GB of the faster UFS style storage while allowing room for expansion. The primary camera is a 13-megapixel sensor along with an aperture of f/1.8, laser autofocus, dual-tone LED flash, and OIS. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera (FFC) with a f/2.2 aperture and its own LED flash for selfies or video chatting. It does have a fingerprint sensor and NFC for authorizing mobile payments and a Type-C port for charging and data transfer. As well as a place to use Moto’s adapter for listening through the 3.5 mm jack. The Moto Z will cost $900 outright or $400 on a two-year deal.

The Moto Z has the best setup yet for installing a module onto the device by simply snapping it in place with the help of magnets. There are several Moto Mods, as they are called, but one of the most desirable is called Insta-Share Projector. The Mod is rather thick, but with it you are able to project a 70-inch sized picture. It is retailing for $399.99 CAD so getting this as a freebie is pretty sweet. Although you will have to make sure you get online and reserve your Moto Z by October 4.
