Weekly Poll: What Device From Google's Oct. 4th Event Has You Most Excited?

This week has been what seems like a landslide of Google-related news as rumor after rumor after rumor has surfaced regarding new, unreleased devices from the company. While the Pixel and Pixel XL are not necessarily new, as talk with the two phones has been around for more than a month, it was just this week that images of the two phones were leaked, showing off the front and back of the phones, and later that same evening Google confirmed that they would be holding an event on October 4th to announce what is thought to be these two new devices. The event itself is another detail that is not necessarily new, as there were rumors that it was happening, but Google have now officially confirmed it.

Along with the confirmation has come new details regarding other possible Google products to be unveiled as well as shown off on October 4th, such as the 4K Chromecast, now thought to be called the Chromecast Ultra, and Google Home, the Google Assistant-powered smart speaker that Google unveiled back at Google I/O during the Summer. In addition to the rumor that Google would be showing these off at their event next month, it was also rumored that Google Home would cost $129, and that the Chromecast Ultra (which is said to support 4K content and HDR content) would cost $69. If details regarding just these products were all that Google had to announce and put on display, it would surely be an exciting event to experience, but the potential products apparently don’t stop there, as Google is also now rumored to be announcing a new product for the home network called Google Wi-Fi, which is said to be marketed as a mesh technology to help consumers fill in potential Wi-Fi signal weak spots around the home. With all of these new products potentially just over the horizon, which one has you the most excited for Google’s upcoming event?
