Huawei is one of the largest smartphone manufacturers in the world, to be more exact, this company is the third-largest smartphone manufacturer around. The company had already managed to ship over 100 million smartphones this year, and it’s pretty obvious that they’ll crush their last year’s record (109 million devices shipped), if they haven’t already. Having that in mind, Huawei is expected to introduce the Huawei Mate 9 flagship phablet on November 3rd, and while we’re waiting for that announcement to take place, Huawei has just introduced yet another really compelling budget smartphone, read on.
The Huawei Enjoys 6 is a new product from Huawei’s workshop, and it costs only 1,299 Yuan ($192) in China. Now, for that price, you do get a lot of power, but before we start talking about the phone’s specs, let’s talk about its design for a second. The Huawei Enjoy 6 is made out of metal, and it sports a fingerprint scanner on the back. This phone ships with a set of on-screen buttons, and the company’s logo is located below the display of this smartphone. The Huawei Enjoy 6 features a 5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. This smartphone is fueled by MediaTek’s MT6750 64-bit octa-core SoC clocked at 1.5GHz, along with the Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. The 13-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of this smartphone, and a 5-megapixel shooter can be found on the device’s front side. This phone comes with 4G LTE connectivity support, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow is pre-installed on top of it, while the company’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 4.1 user interface is installed on top of Google’s OS. To top it all off, the Huawei Enjoy 6 comes with a 4,100mAh battery on the inside. The phone measures 143.2 x 70.4 x 7.9mm, while it weighs 140 grams.
This smartphone comes in five different color variants, including black and white, while the remaining three color options are yet to be confirmed. As already mentioned, the Huawei Enjoy 6 costs 1,299 Yuan ($192) in China, though we still don’t know whether it will become available outside of Huawei’s homeland.
