Just a few days after announcing its arrival in the U.S. with a slew of televisions and smartphones, Chinese tech company, LeEco, has unveiled a number of attractive offers on its smartphones and smart TVs in India to get some much-needed volumes during the ongoing festive season. The offers went live earlier today and will be valid thru the 30th of this month. The time-limited promo is being offered on the occasion of Diwali, which is commonly described as ‘The Festival of Lights’ and is one of the largest festivals in the country. As part of the promo, LeEco is offering discounts on the two Android TV devices it had launched in India earlier this year, as well as on the three smartphones that are sold via Indian e-commerce outlet, Flipkart, apart from its own dedicated webstore, LeMall.
The television sets that are being discounted during the course of the offer period include the Super3 X55 TV and the Max65 TV. Both devices comes with 4K IPS panels and offer 178-degree wide viewing angles according to the company’s marketing documents. The smaller, 55-inch model also comes with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage, and is powered by a quad-core Cortex A17 1.4GHz CPU and a Mali-T760 3D GPU. While buyers on Flipkart will get a cashback of Rs. 3,000 ($45) for purchases made through Citibank and American Express cards, LeMall is extending the offer to users of credit and debit cards from all banks in the country. Bajaj Finserv credit card users on Flipkart are also being offered a no-interest installment plan for up to 6 months. There’s also an exchange plan in place that will allow users to get up to Rs. 25,000 ($375) for their old television sets while buying their new LeEco SuperTVs.
In case you’d rather get your hands on a shiny new smartphone this Diwali, LeEco is also offering 10% cashback on all credit and debit card payments for smartphones bought from LeMall until the 30th of this month. Flipkart is already offering a 15% cashback to Citibank credit and debit card users from October 25th – 28th. The offers are valid on all three LeEco smartphones available for purchase right now. That includes the LeEco Le 1s Eco, the LeEco Le 2 and the LeEco Le Max2.
