If you love great game deals and donating to charity, you’re surely already aware of Humble Bundle, an initiative which brings the two activities together. While a lot of bundles include both PC and Android games, every once in a while, this program launches an exclusive, mobile-only deal in the form of Humble Mobile Bundles. As it turns out, once such package just became available on the official Humble Bundle site. The Humble Mobile Bundle 22 launched in support of Electronic Frontier Foundation and Child’s Play Charity and is focused on Android board games. At the moment, you can get eight mobile board games with a total market value of $54 for just $5.
The featured games are Carcassone, Scotland Yard, Ticket To Ride, San Juan, Galaxy Trucker, Splendor, Catan, and The aMAZEing Labyrinth. Donating just $1 will net you Carcassone and Scotland Yard while upping your donation to $3 will also give you access o San Juan, Ticket To Ride, and Galaxy Trucker. Finally, for $5 or more, you’ll get to play Catan, Splendor, and The aMAZEing Labyrinth. Like always, this is just the initial offer and more games will be offered as a part of the latest Humble Mobile Bundle next Tuesday, November 15th. That isn’t to say you shouldn’t donate right now as you’ll also receive all games which will be subsequently included in the bundle next week. Humble Mobile Bundle 22 is available by November 22nd.
By default, 15% of your donation will go to the charities mentioned above, 65% will go to developers, and the rest will be sent to the Humble Bundle itself. As always, you can change these amounts in accordance with your preferences. As for the games themselves, none of them are too demanding, and you should be able to play them as long as you have a device running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or newer. All games are distributed free of any kind of DRM protection through the Humble Bundle Android app which you can download from the official website of this foundation. The said app is also used for subsequent updates to your Humble Mobile Bundle games. All in all, if you’re always on the lookout for a great deal on Android games, it doesn’t get any better than what Humble Bundle offers.
