OUKITEL already has a number of new smartphones available which look to offer consumers a good level of specs, a durable build, but at a low price. Now, the details on one of their newest smartphones is starting to come through. This is the OUKITEL U20 Plus and as you can see from the image above, the big selling point with this one is that it makes use of a dual camera setup on the rear of the device.
Of course, this is not the first smartphone to come boasting such a setup, and there are already options available from the likes of Huawei, LG, HTC, Apple, Xiaomi, and others. However, this is the first for OUKITEL and sees the company joining the ranks of the others with their own smartphone that boasts dual rear cameras. Although, one of the big differences between OUKITEL and the other manufacturers, is that OUKITEL will be looking to ensure that their dual rear camera smartphone is super competitively priced.
In terms of the phone, the OUKITEL U20 Plus and its dual rear camera setup will be spearheaded by a 13-megapixel camera (interpolated to 16MP), which makes use of a Sony IMX135 sensor. The hardware, coupled with the various software tweaks and features that are said to be included means that OUKITEL is looking to offer an SLR-like experience to their customers, with the smartphone able to capture images with more light and with better clarity. In addition, the OUKITEL U20 Plus also comes equipped with a number of other high-profile features like the inclusion of a fingerprint sensor, which comes with an improved unlock speed and additional fingerprint functionality. For instance, additional features will be accessible by long pressing or tapping the fingerprint sensor.
Adding to the list of features, the OUKITEL U20 Plus also comes equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD display which is equipped with a SHARP glass panel. A display which OUKITEL hopes will be able to showcase the images taken with the smartphone and its dual rear cameras. In terms of the availability and price, the details are still a little limited at the moment although OUKITEL has confirmed that the U20 Plus will be officially announced on www.oukitel.com next week and will be available to buy towards the end of this month. Which should be good news for those who are looking for an affordable smartphone which comes boasting a rear dual camera design.
