Now when it comes to the actual repair, in the case of Zip files, Wondershare Microsoft File Repair will make sure that your corrupted Zip files are repaired while fixing incompatible compression, incomplete file downloads, bad sectors on the disk, and file corruption that was caused by a virus. In the case of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, the repair will fix all those file types while keeping the information intact and the way that it was before the corruption took place. This means that for a Word file, for example, any text, images, formatting and other elements that are in the file will be just as they were when you created the Word document. The same goes for Excel spreadsheets, as none of the data will be out of place, and cell formatting will be just as you left it. You’ll also get a preview of the content before saving, so you know that things look as they should. The software isn’t overly complex and is pretty simple to use, and even though it isn’t designed to do a whole bunch of stuff, it does what it’s supposed to and does it without much effort on the user’s part.

There is little you can do if you end up with a corrupted file that holds important data and information. Unless you have the right tool to help you fix things. Wondershare Microsoft File Repair is that tool and if you frequently work with Microsoft’s Office software as well as Zip files, then there is a chance you have run into a corrupted file or two. It happens, but that doesn’t mean you have to let it slide. This software was mostly self explanatory and didn’t require a lot on my part to get things done, I simply needed to select the file I wanted repaired and the software took care of the rest.
