The 128GB storage variant of the OnePlus 3T is coming to India, and it will become available on February 17th. The company has just announced that the 128GB OnePlus 3T will be available for Amazon Prime members on February 17th, exclusively, and we’re looking at the Gunmetal version of the device here, of course, as the Soft Gold 128GB variant is not available anywhere at this point. If you’re an Amazon Prime member, you’ll be able to purchase this smartphone tomorrow from Amazon India starting from 10AM. If you opt to purchase this smartphone, you’ll have to splash out Rs. 34,999 ($523), which is its price in India.
That being said, the company did not say anything regarding the device’s general availability in the country, but pretty much everyone expects the 128GB OnePlus 3T to become available in India to regular consumers as well. The OnePlus 3T (64GB model) launched in India back in December, and its price is Rs. 29.999 ($448), just in case you were wondering. The OnePlus 3T is, as many of you know, one of the best devices out there at the moment, and thanks to its price point, it’s appealing to many people who want to purchase a flagship smartphone and are not willing to spend all the extra cash that is necessary to buy a flagship phone from Samsung, Apple or HTC, for example.
The 128GB storage variant of the OnePlus 3T is identical to the 64GB one which was announced in India last month, the only difference is in the storage capacity. The OnePlus 3T is made out of metal, and it features a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) Optic AMOLED display. This smartphone is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, along with the Adreno 530 GPU. A 16-megapixel snapper is placed on the back of this smartphone, and also on the front side of the OnePlus 3T. A 3,400mAh battery is also included in this package, you do get OnePlus’ Dash Charge fast charging here as well. Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on this smartphone with OnePlus OxygenOS, but you’ll be able to update it to Android 7.0 Nougat as soon as you fire up the device.
