OnePlus has announced an exclusive Black Colette Edition OnePlus 3T in partnership with Colette for the celebration of Colette’s 20th anniversary. While this version of the phone will be containing the same exact specifications and hardware as the already available OnePlus 3T units, which includes 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage and a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, it will come in the limited edition black color with the Colette logo on the back of the device, and OnePlus will only be selling these in extremely limited quantities which means there won’t be any chances to get them beyond the time frame that OnePlus has set up for this celebration.
OnePlus will be setting up a pop-up experience at the Colette store in Paris on March 21st at 11 AM GMT time, and they will sell the phone until all the units are gone at which point the phone will no longer be available for purchase going forward. OnePlus only has 250 of these limited edition model OnePlus 3T’s and they will only be available at this experience, so those who are interested in grabbing one will have some potential hurdles if they’re not in the immediate area. The Colette Edition OnePlus 3T will cost €479 and it will also come in a special limited edition box which comes in a blue color, and to sweeten the deal for any consumers who visit the pop-up experience to grab one of these phones, OnePlus is throwing in a free pair of Bullets V2 earphones along with the purchase of the device.
OnePlus initially teased the Colette Edition of the OnePlus 3T yesterday with an image that listed off the date and a Blue backrop, along with the Colette logo, and at the time it was suspected that they might be announcing a limited edition Blue color of the phone. It’s now known that this isn’t the case, but a limited edition color is still a limited edition color and will surely be sought after by those who enjoy having things that are hard to come by. For anyone who was thinking about the OnePlus 3T as their next device but won’t be able to get their hands on this particular model, the device is still available in its normal colors of Gunmetal and Soft Gold for the 64GB model, and Gunmetal for the 128GB model.
