OUKITEL has today announced that it will start accepting pre-orders for its latest smartphone, the OUKITEL C5 from tomorrow, April 25. The OUKITEL C5 will be available online from a number of retailers and is set to become available priced at only $49.99. Which makes it one of the most affordable smartphones to come to market running the latest version of the operating system, Android 7.0 ( Nougat) out of the box.

In terms of the specs, the OUKITEL C5 is a device that comes loaded with a 5-inch display along with a 1280 x 720 resolution. Inside, the OUKITEL C5 comes loaded with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, and is powered by a MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor (clocking at 1.3 GHz). Cameras comes in the form of an 8-megapixel (interpolated from 5-megapixels) rear camera, which is coupled with a 5-megapixel (interpolated from 2-megapixels) front-facing camera. Additional features on offer include expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB), a 2,000 mAh battery, and as mentioned – Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box. The OUKITEL C5 comes with a polycarbonate body along with an aluminum alloy frame, and network compatibility is listed as GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and WCDMA: 900/1900/2100 MHz.
