The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phablet, and the device just surfaced online. If you take a look at the provided image, you will see a render which is supposed to represent the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, though take it with a grain of salt, of course. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will probably land in Q4 this year, so there’s still plenty of time for images leaks, it’s a bit early to know for sure whether this is the real deal or not.
That being said, this render does look quite realistic, and it resembles the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 quite a bit. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 landed back in October last year, and it sported a home key below the display, and also a curved display. Well, this Xiaomi Mi Note 3 render sports a curved display as well, while it also features a home key / fingerprint scanner below the display, not to mention that is made out of metal and glass just like the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. This handset actually looks quite refined, and unlike the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, it sports a dual camera setup on the back. This dual camera setup actually resembles the one that can be found in the Xiaomi Mi 6 which was announced quite recently, and a dual-LED, dual-tone flash is placed next to the two cameras. This phone has no bezel on the sides, and its bezels above and below the display are not that thick at all.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is actually expected to sport a 5.7-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) curved AMOLED display, just like its predecessor, and you can expect to see 6GB of RAM (8GB RAM variant is also a possibility) included in this package as well. The phone will probably arrive in both 128GB and 256GB storage variants, and the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor is expected to fuel this phablet. Android Nougat will be pre-installed on the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and on top of it, you’ll get Xiaomi’s MIUI OS, maybe even MIUI 9, it all depends on when will the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 land. As far as its rear-facing cameras are concerned, we’re expecting to see two 12-megapixel OIS snappers, same ones that are shipping with the Xiaomi Mi 6, but we’ll see what will happen.
