The Nubia N1 Lite was introduced back in February during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, and the device has just arrived to India. The Nubia N1 Lite is Nubia’s budget smartphone, though it sports some nice specs, and it’s quite affordable, which makes it a rather nice fit for the Indian smartphone market. The device that just launched in India is pretty much the same as the one we’ve seen back in February, read on.
The Nubia N1 Lite sports a rather clean design, its bezels aren’t exactly the thinnest around, but nobody exactly expected a bezel-less smartphone at that price point. The Nubia N1 Lite sports a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and above it, you’re getting a single camera, and a dual-LED flash, while the company’s branding is also placed on the back of this phone. All of the phone’s physical keys are located on the right, volume up, volume down and power / lock buttons. The device’s loudspeaker can be found on the back of this smartphone, and the phone comes in only one color variants, Black with Gold accents. The Nubia N1 Lite is priced at Rs. 6,999, which translates to $108, which makes it one of the company’s most affordable smartphones in India, if not the most affordable one.
The Nubia N1 Lite’s fingerprint scanner can unlock the device in only 0.3 seconds, and the company claims that a 3,000mAh battery that is included in this phone, will provide you with up to 24 hours of talk time, and up to 500 hours of standby. The device sports a 5.5-inch 720p (1280 x 720) IPS fully laminated display, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The device is fueled by the MediaTek MT6737 64-bit quad-core SoC, along with the Mali-T720 GPU for graphics. An 8-megapixel shooter is placed on the back of the Nubia N1 Lite, and a 5-megapixel snapper can be found on the front side of this smartphone. A 3.5mm headphone jack is a part of this offering as well, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on the Nubia N1 Lite, along with the company’s custom UI. Two SIM card slots are also included here, and the phone measures 153 x 77.5 x 8.4mm, while it weighs 171 grams. The device can now be purchased exclusively from Amazon India in the country, just in case you’re interested.
