Google Store has just arrived in a couple of more countries. If you head over to the source link down below, you will notice that Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines and Thailand have been added to the list, though the pages for these countries are not live just yet, though they probably will be after Google’s event which is currently ongoing. This essentially means that consumers in aforementioned countries will be able to purchase device straight from Google, devices like Google’s Pixel phones, Google Home speaker, and so on.
Google Store, for those of you who do not know, is Google’s very own hardware store, kind of. Google has been expanding the reach of its Google Store since it was launched back in March 2015, and it now counts 36 countries, after today’s additions. Now, as already mentioned, pages for these newly added countries will eprobably be available later today, as Google is in the middle of announcing a number of new products, the company is expected to introduce at least two new Pixel phones, the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, while there’s a good chance we’ll get to see some additional hardware announcement at the event, the Google Home Mini speaker is also expected to arrive, as it was leaked quite recently. That being said, the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL handsets will, hopefully, become available in all the new countries that have been added to the Google Store, though the US will almost certainly be the first in line to purchase those two phones, after which Google will expand their availability.
The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will sport a similar design, but according to leaks, the Google Pixel 2 XL will sport significantly thinner bezels, even though it will be a larger phone compared to the Pixel 2. The Pixel 2 XL will, allegedly, be manufactured by LG, while the smaller Pixel, the Pixel 2, will be manufactured by HTC. Both phones will be fueled by the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core processor, and will ship with 4GB of RAM, at least according to some rumors / leaks we’ve seen recently. All in all, Google will release all the details soon.
