Back in March of this year and following the initial announcement from Google confirming devices running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) at a minimum were gaining Google Assistant support, Ulefone announced that it was bringing Google Assistant to its suite of smartphones due for release in 2017 starting off with the Ulefone Gemini Pro. Now, the company has released a new video which looks to highlight some of the benefits on offer to Ulefone device owners who own a device compatible with Google Assistant.
As the video shows, Google Assistant will provide users with a way to interact with this smartphone and most of its features just by using voice commands. Whether it is checking or adding events to a calendar, playing music, watching videos, or just calling people, Google Assistant offers the user the ability to do this in a hands-free fashion. Not only does the video below highlights many of the features available through Google Assistant functionality, but it also highlight smooth and fluid the experience is on Ulefone phones.
Speaking of which, the phone shown off in the video is the Ulefone MIX. This is a device which places a good deal of its focus on being an all-screen device due to the lack of bezels in use. Although it also does pack in the specs including a dual rear camera setup. As mentioned Ulefone is planning on making the feature available to all of its current phones and that includes the Ulefone Armor 2 which is the company’s more rugged smartphone option thanks to its IP68 certification and 4,700 mAh battery, and the Ulefone T1 Premium. Which comes boasting a number of high-end specs including 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, a MediaTek Helio P25 SoC, and again, a dual rear camera setup. For those in the market for a new phone, both the Armor 2 and the T1 Premium are available to buy now. The Armor 2 is available priced at $235.99 and the T1 Premium, in spite of its more high-end specs, is priced at $299.99. More details on both of these phones available through the links below.
