Those of you who live in China and are interested in purchasing the Ceramic Black Edition Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 will have to set aside 4,699 Yuan ($710). Now, this variant of the phone comes with a ceramic unibody build, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage, while the regular Mi MIX 2 variant is made out of metal and ceramic, and it comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage variants. Aside from that, the two phones are completely identical in terms of specs. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is Xiaomi’s flagship smartphone, the device features a 5.99-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display, and it packs in a 3,400mAh non-removable battery. This smartphone sports a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and you will find a single camera on its back side. The device comes with Bluetooth 5.0, while you’ll also getting fast charging for the aforementioned battery, we’re looking at Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 here, in case you were wondering.
A 12-megapixel snapper can be found on the back of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, while a 5-megapixel camera lies on the phone’s front side. A 3.5mm headphone jack is not included here, and the phone does sport really thin bezels, which is one of its main selling points. The ‘chin’ below the display is thinner than it was on the Xiaomi Mi MIX, and the device comes with Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, on top of which you’ll be able to find Xiaomi’s MIUI 9 OS.
