Ulefone has just announced that it will start shipping out Ulefone Power 3 units on December 29. This applies for the first batch of pre-orders of course, as the Ulefone Power 3 became available for pre-order on December 25. For those of you who have missed the memo, the Ulefone Power 3 is the company’s all-new big battery handset. This is a mid-range smartphone which is made out of metal, and it comes with a really compelling spec sheet, as you’ll find out in the rest of the article, read on.
The Ulefone Power 3 comes with relatively thin bezels, though not as thin as some renders are suggesting. The device sports a dual camera setup on its back, while a fingerprint scanner is placed right underneath those two camera snappers. A dual LED, dual tone flash is also located on the back of the device, as is the company’s branding. All of the devices physical keys are placed on the right, while you will find its SIM card tray on the left. This handset is fueled by the MediaTek Helio P23 64-bit octa-core processor, which is the company’s mid-range chip. The device packs in 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card), while it comes with a 6,080mAh non-removable battery as well. That battery is one of the phone’s main selling points, which is usually the case for the Ulefone Power-series of devices, and it’s also worth noting that you are getting fast charging here as well (5V/3A). It seems like Android Nougat will come pre-installed on the device, but Ulefone promised that the phone will get updated to Android 8.0 Oreo in the near future.
The Ulefone Power 3 also comes with a rather big display, it sports a 6-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) InCell panel. On the back of the Ulefone Power 3, you’ll be able to find 16 and 5-megapixel snappers, while 13 and 5-megapixel shooters are included on the front side of this phone. Two SIM card slots are available on the inside of the Ulefone Power 3, two nano SIM card slots, to be more exact. Those of you who are interested in getting the Ulefone Power 3, you can still pre-order it from GearBest for $219.99, while its price point will jump back up to $299.99 after the pre-order period ends.
