Kitchen Timer Pro Is A Rather Capable, New Kitchen Timer App

Do you cook a lot? Well, having a kitchen timer might be a good thing, but if you don’t have one, well, you can use your smartphone for the same purpose. You can use the alarm function on your smartphone, and do it the old-fashioned way, or you can install an app like the Kitchen Timer Pro, which has been made for the sole purpose of reminding you of stuff happening in your kitchen. This app is not a simple timer, though, of course, it comes with a number of features that you may find interesting, read on.

With this app, you can set multiple timers for multiple appliances, if that’s something you need. Setting up a timer is really easy, as well, all you have to do is set a duration, and hit start. This app will work in the background, and it will even pop up on your lockscreen if you want, so you can stop it from there, if you want. You can also snooze the notification when it arrives, while the vibration function is also available. This application sports a really nice-looking UI as well, it is made using Google’s Material Design guidelines, so using it is not a chore as it is with some older applications whose design did not get updated for ages. That being said, you can change the names of specific times, name them after the dish they’re related to, while dish descriptions are also available in this application. Please do keep in mind that ‘Appliance’ and ‘Dish’ timers are actually separate within the app, so everything is rather easy to sport within the app, chances are your list will not get too cluttered or anything of the sort.

The Kitchen Timer Pro is a completely new application, it has only a handful of reviews, but it’s currently holding a 5-star rating, which is always a good thing. This application is not free, though, so keep that in mind, you will need to splash out a dollar in order to get it. It’s also worth noting that this app was published by a developer called Yogesh Dama, and this is his 20th application in the Google Play Store, so he does have some experience. This is the same developer which brought forth ‘Quick Reminder Pro’ and ‘Battery Bar’ applications which have managed to become somewhat popular. In any case, if you’d like to know more about the app, check out the gallery down below, or the embedded video, while the download link has also been included in the form of a Google Play Store button.
