Limited Edition Red Honor 7X Coming To India, Priced At $203

The red-colored Honor 7X was initially announced in China back in November last year, and the device is making its way to India as well, it seems. The Limited Edition Red Honor 7X popped up on Amazon India, the device is still not available for purchase, but the listing lets those of you who are interested register to be notified when it arrives. In addition to that, this listing shows the phone itself, and it shares its price tag, the device will cost Rs. 12,999 ($203), same as all the other colors of the device that are currently available in the country.

Amazon India also notes that the Limited Edition Red Honor 7X will be exclusive to Amazon, in case you were wondering. This handset was initially announced as the Flame Red Honor 7X in China, but the name slightly changed for markets outside of Honor’s homeland. The Black, Blue and Gold Honor 7X models are already available via Amazon, and have been for a while now. That being said, the red-colored Honor 7X is completely identical to all the other Honor 7X variants, except for the fact it comes with a red paint job. Its design is identical, and the same can be said for its specifications as well. The Honor 7X is made out of metal, the phone sports a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and a dual camera setup in the upper-left corner of the device. An LED flash lies next to those two cameras, and the company’s branding is present both on the back of the device, and also below its display. All the physical keys sit on the right-hand side of the Honor 7X, while its SIM card tray is located on the left.

The Honor 7X is a mid-range smartphone, it is fueled by the Kirin 659 64-bit octa-core processor, while it comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage in India, even though a 3GB RAM variant is also available in specific markets. The device features a 5.93-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display, a 3,340mAh non-removable battery, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. 16 and 2-megapixel snappers are included on the back of the phone, while Android 7.0 Nougat comes pre-installed on the phone, along with Emotion UI 5.1, though an update to Android Oreo is on the way. This handset also comes with two SIM cards, one of which you can use to expand the phone’s internal storage via a microSD card. The Limited Red Honor 7X will become available in India in the near future, in case you’re interested in getting one.
