Last week KOOLNEE started to tease the release of a new phone which it said was due to arrive sporting some interesting colors. Now, the company has released a new teaser image along with a few more snippets of information on the phone, including providing a confirmation of its name. Meet the KOOLNEE Rainbow. With a name like this it should not come as too much of a surprise that color is indeed going to be playing a major role here, confirming the suggestions made in the previous teaser.
That said, besides the confirmation of the name KOOLNEE has not provided much else in terms of solid information on the KOOLNEE Rainbow. Though, the latest teaser image (shown above) does suggest that at the very minimum the KOOLNEE Rainbow will be available in three different models/colors, consisting of “Jack,” “Jean” and “Marigold.” The image also does point out a couple of design points worth noting. For example, while this is not a full-screen device it is one which seems to adopt an edge-to-edge display. Likewise, this is not going to be a smartphone equipped with a dual rear camera with the company opting for the use of a single rear camera instead.
While these aspects combined suggest this is not going to be a device that places much of its focus on many of the major design points found on a number of current smartphones, the company is looking to confirm the KOOLNEE Rainbow will be a stylish phone overall. Something the company hopes will help its latest phone stand out from the competition. In addition, KOOLNEE is also suggesting the KOOLNEE Rainbow will be powerful enough to easily compete with other smartphones priced at the same level. Speaking of the price, this is one of the areas that is still an unknown at the moment with the company providing no details on when this phone will cost or when it will be released. Although with its previous offerings KOOLNEE has made a point of ensuring its devices are very aggressively priced and so it should be expected the same will apply with KOOLNEE Rainbow. Expect more details on this new phone to come through in due course.
