Mobvoi's Ticwatch S & Ticwatch E Land In The UK Via Amazon

Mobvoi’s Ticwatch S and Ticwatch E have landed in the UK via Amazon, though both watches will also be available to purchase directly from Mobvoi in the region through its own online store. Both watches should already be live from both retailers within the region, and for anyone considering picking one up the Ticwatch E is available at £145.99 while the Ticwatch S will be just a bit more at £177.99. Both watches will come with Wear OS (otherwise known as Android Wear prior to the rebranding) and will come in a variety of color options.

The Ticwatch S and Ticwatch E were both initially announced last Summer in July and officially launched later on in the year, though at the time they weren’t available in the UK. Though both watches launched as Android Wear 2.0 watches, with the Wear OS re-brand the official OS version is now listed as Wear OS 2.9. OS version aside the Ticwatch S and Ticwatch E both support Android and iOS devices, and both are IP67 rated against dust and water which means you can splash water on them, run with them on in the rain, or accidentally drop them in a puddle of water and things should be ok and continue working just fine.

For the most part the Ticwatch S and the Ticwatch E are pretty similar when it comes to specs. There is a 300mAh battery in both watches, both support GPS and come with a range of sensors including a heart rate sensor, and each one comes with a 1.4-inch OLED display with a MediaTek MT2601 CPU inside to power the watch functions. As far as differences go, it mostly comes down to style as there are a couple of visual differences with the designs. All-in-all, UK consumers who choose to pick up either one of these will be getting a Wear OS smartwatch with good value as neither one costs a lot compared to similar devices.
