The Ulefone Power 3 and Power 3S are both now on sale through AliExpress with each model seeing a discount of around $80. These are two of the newest phones to come from Ulefone and two of the latest additions to the company’s “Power” line. Which among other things means they are both smartphones that place a greater focus on battery life.
Generally speaking, the two devices are more alike than different and so both will offer a very similar user experience overall. For example, in addition to coming equipped with greater capacity batteries, both also employ the help of an 18:9 aspect ratio for their 6-inch display. Resulting in devices that offer a very good amount of screen estate for the price. In addition, both models also feature 64GB internal storage, microSD card support, facial recognition support, a fingerprint sensor, an independent Hi-Fi chip, and both are powered by a MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core processor along with Android 7.1 (Nougat). Likewise, both models come equipped with a dual camera setup on the front of the device consisting of an 8-megapixel primary camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary camera. Both models also do come with a dual rear camera setup, though they do slightly differ in this respect as the standard Power 3 features a 13-megapixel camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary camera, while the Power 3S comes loaded with a 16-megapixel primary camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary camera.
Another notable difference is in the RAM department with the Power 3 loaded with 6GB RAM compared to the Power 3S which packs in 4GB RAM. Not to mention there is a slight difference in battery capacity in spite of both models designed to offer extended levels of battery life. For example, the Power 3 is equipped with a 6,080 mAh capacity battery, and the Power 3S draws on a 6,350 mAh capacity battery. Though both models do support 5V/3A fast charging with the expectation that a fully charged battery is achievable in under two hours.
