Amazon Teases 'Fire TV Cube' Device Coming Soon

Amazon is teasing the Fire TV Cube, a new device that will be launching as part of the Fire TV family of devices at some point in the future. As it stands Amazon hasn’t shared any information about the device but there is now a signup page that users can go to if they’re interested in getting more information once Amazon actually releases it. The signup page is part of Amazon’s email subscriber list called Amazon Delivers, and the image above which should show up on a new splash screen accompanying the signup page simply asks “what is Fire TV Cube?” then stating that more info is coming soon.

That doesn’t give anyone interested in new Fire TV device much to go on, but the name does reveal that the new product will quite obviously be a cube-shaped product. It’s also unclear if Fire TV Cube is the official name that the product will be sold under once it launches but for the time being this is at the very least how Amazon is referring to it.

Other than the splash screen teaser image Amazon is keeping quiet on what the Fire TV Cube will offer and is only letting on that it will have more information to share sometime soon. Chances are that it’ll offer similar features to the most recent Fire TV and if that happens to be the case then it should also be of the same quality and may very well come in at the same cost or close to it. Amazon will at some point officially announce the Fire TV Cube, but for those that are interested in learning more about it as soon as possible, signing up to learn more straight from Amazon through email is likely to be the quickest method of gathering any details about the product, which could include information about the release date and what the unit will cost.
