OnePlus 6 Pre-Sales Page Now Available On Amazon India

OnePlus is starting to hype up the arrival of the OnePlus 6, as the pre-sales page is now up on Amazon India. The OnePlus 6 will be an Amazon India exclusive, that much was confirmed recently, and we also know when the phone will be announced in the country, on May 16. OnePlus still did not announce when will the phone’s global announcement take place, but chances are that the phone will be announced on a global basis at least a couple of days before it launches in India.

Those of you who live in India and are interested in getting the OnePlus 6, you can now visit the source link down below, log in to Amazon India, and basically activate the ‘Notify Me’ option on the site, which means you will be notified as soon as there’s some OnePlus 6 development on Amazon India, like when the phone becomes available, for example. Amazon India will sell the OnePlus 6 exclusively in India, but the phone will be available through the company’s official website (OnePlus.com) on a global scale. You may recall that OnePlus’ official website was OnePlus.net, but that has changed recently, as the company switched domains. We already have plenty of info regarding the OnePlus 6, as the company already confirmed that the phone will sport a display notch, and that its most powerful variant will sport 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The company also said that the phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core SoC, and that it will sport some sort of IP rating for water and dust resistance. The device’s footprint will be more or less identical to the OnePlus 5T’s physical footprint, but its display will be larger than the panel on the 5T, we’re probably looking at a 6.28-inch AMOLED display here. The OnePlus 6 will be available in a 6GB RAM variant as well, and we’re still not sure whether both 64GB and 128GB storage versions will be available next to the 256GB storage model, or just one of the two. OnePlus’ Dash Charge fast charging will be a part of the package as well, and the phone will ship with a glass back it seems, though a wood-like back cover was also teased, so it’s possible that either the company plans to release more than one variant of the device, or that we’ll be able to replace the phone’s back covers.
