Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S Listed On Amazon For $529

Xiaomi’s Mi MIX 2S was announced earlier this year, and released in some countries in Europe and Asia. However, it never officially launched in the US, and it still hasn’t. A third-party reseller has listed the Mi MIX 2S on Amazon, and it’s priced pretty aggressively, at $529. This is the cheaper model with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and not the 8GB/256GB model here. It does support the US networks, so that you can use it on AT&T, T-Mobile and other networks in Europe and Asia. However, this does not support CDMA networks like Verizon and Sprint.

The Mi MIX 2S is a nearly bezel-less smartphone without using a notch in the display. It sports a 5.99-inch display that is a 18:9 full HD+ resolution. Under-the-hood, there is a Snapdragon 845 chipset, along with the aforementioned 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There is no micro SD card slot here for expanding storage, but 64GB should be plenty of space. Now this is a dual SIM smartphone, so you can use it on two different networks at the same time. Xiaomi has a 3400mAh capacity battery inside that is going to keep the phone running all day long. Now Xiaomi has a dual-camera setup on the back, which sports two 12-megapixel sensors, and the camera is actually really good. This is partly due to the artificial intelligence that is infused in the camera, but you’ll get some breathtaking images out of this one.

This model of the Mi MIX 2S that is available on Amazon is the global version, but it does not come with a warranty. So if you have been looking to pick one up, you’re going to want to be careful with it. Amazon also only has the black version available and not the white one, which does hide the bezels better, so that’s likely a better thing.
