The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are expected to become official in October, and the Pixel 3 XL has just surfaced in a real life image. This alleged Pixel 3 XL handset was spotted in a streetcar in Toronto, Ontario, and it does look like the leaked Pixel 3 XL. Google has an office in Ontario, which does not really reveal anything, but it makes this leak a bit more possible, as it’s possible this is one of Google’s employees testing the phone.
That being said, if you take a look at the provided image, you will notice that the shot is not perfect, as it’s a bit on the side, but it does reveal the phone’s front side to an extent, enough to make us all wonder if it’s the Pixel 3 XL. At the top of the display, you will notice that notch with two cameras and an earpiece in it, same as we’ve seen in Pixel 3 XL leaks. This phone also offers front-facing stereo speakers, one is located below the display, while the other one is included on the top of the display, along with an earpiece. The phone that is pictured here does sport a ‘chin’ below the display, just like the Pixel 3 XL that leaked a couple of times thus far, which is yet another indication that this may actually be the Pixel 3 XL. The display on this phone looks quite large, and the Pixel 3 XL is rumored to sport a display which is larger than 6 inches, even larger than 6.5 inches if some rumors are to be believed, which is yet another indication that this may be the Pixel 3 XL. On top of everything, this phone is using Google’s all-new navigation gestures which were introduced with Android 9 Pie, which means this phone is running Android 9 Pie, and that’s the biggest giveaway thus far.
Aside from what was mentioned here, the Google Pixel 3 XL is also expected to ship with the Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core processor, and 4GB or 6GB of RAM, depending on which leak you opt to believe. Android 9 Pie will come pre-installed, while a 12.2-megapixel camera is expected to be included on the back of the phone. Two 8-megapixel cameras are rumored to be included on the front side of the Pixel 3 XL, while the device will include a non-removable battery, but its capacity is still unknown.
