Ulefone is giving you a chance to purchase the Ulefone S1 Android Go smartphone for only $9.9. The company will be running this promotion until August 28, though keep in mind that quantities are limited, of course, and the phone will not be available for $9.9 all the time until August 28. Only a specific number of people will be able to get it at that price point daily, starting at 9AM CET, though Ulefone did not say how many units it reserved. After a specific number of consumers purchase this phone in a single day, the price will revert back to the phone’s regular price point, and that process will repeat until August 28 (including that day).
Needless to say, the Ulefone S1 is a budget smartphone, but it does run stock Android Go software, which is, in most cases, a plus for entry-level smartphones, as its performance is not bogged down by heavy software. The Ulefone S1 does not sport a fingerprint scanner, but it does come with two rear-facing cameras. All the physical keys sit on the right-hand side of this phone, and the device ships with Android 8.1 Oreo Android Go software. The phone’s speaker is included on the back, and the device offers two SIM card slots in case you need such functionality.
The Ulefone S1 features a 5.5-inch 960 x 480 display, while it is fueled by the MediaTek MT6580 64-bit quad-core processor. 5 and 2-megapixel cameras are located on the back of the phone, while a single 5-megapixel camera can be found on its front side. A 3,000mAh battery is also a part of the package, while the phone’s frame seems to be made out of metal. The device measures 148.6 x 70.7 x 9.5mm, while it comes with 8GB of internal storage, and 1GB of RAM. If you’d like to take a closer look at the device, Ulefone has released a hands-on video recently, and that video is embedded down below. The purchase link for the phone is also included below, in case you were wondering.
