The Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 will probably become official next month, a year after Mi MIX 2’s arrival, and the alleged Mi MIX 3 has just surfaced in real-life images. This is not the first time the alleged Mi MIX 3 appeared, though we’ve seen quite a few conflicting rumors and leaks, so it remains to be seen if these images are legit or not. If you take a look at the gallery down below, you will be able to see that this phone is once again made out of metal and glass / ceramic, though it sports even thinner bezels this time around, it seems.
The device shown in images comes with two rear-facing cameras, which are vertically aligned, and which protrude on the back a little bit. A dual-LED flash is included below those two cameras, and the back of this phone is slightly curved on the sides. The third image in the gallery reveals that the Mi MIX 3 will sport a really thin ‘chin’ below the display, though it will be almost non-existent, while the rest of its bezels will probably be gone, even though we don’t really get to see the upper portion of the phone’s front side here. The device will not sport a 3.5mm headphone jack, as expected, while its Type-C USB port and a loudspeaker will be included on the bottom. The phone pictured here is clearly running Xiaomi’s MIUI skin, so it’s possible that this is the upcoming Mi MIX 3.
Now, you will notice that a fingerprint scanner is nowhere to be found, and it’s possible that it’s located under the phone’s display. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 is expected to sport an OLED panel, and its display will measure at least 6 inches. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 64-bit octa-core processor will fuel the Mi MIX 3, while the device will probably support wireless charging. A 20-megapixel selfie camera is expected to be included in the package as well, while the device will allegedly cost $569, well, it’s base model will.
