In any case, the company opted to focus on Kaia as lower back pain is a serious problem, and a very common one. According to the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), 31 million US citizens have issues with lower back pain, and one half of all working Americans admit that they have lower back pain symptoms each year. Kaia Health says that Kaia has been developed by them “in conjunction with physiotherapists, pain management physicians, and clinical psychologists”.
Impact: This application uses a multidisciplinary digital approach which utilizes online video-based learning programmes, and those include education, physiotherapy, and psychological strategies. AI will find the best program for each uses specifically, and it can choose from over 120 exercises. Each of the available sessions are rather short, and thus everyone can do them, they last for 15 minutes.
