LG Octane Concept Sports Five Cameras & Two Displays: Video

Designed by Hege has just released a new smartphone concept design, this time around it’s an LG concept. The name of this concept handset is LG Octane, and it’s completely fictional, as you’ve probably noticed by its name. Having said that, this phone does sport a rather interesting design, and along with a bunch of images of the device, Designed by Hege has also released a YouTube video which will give you a great look at this imaginary smartphone.

The LG Octane does not sport a display notch, but it does come with a secondary display which is located next to the phone’s front-facing cameras. The designer actually envisioned that secondary display to be highly customizable, so that it can show the user the most relevant info. This handset also comes with a front-facing speaker, in addition to the main unit, while interestingly enough, the device sports three cameras on the back, so it has five cameras in total. The phone is made out of metal and glass, and as you can see, its rear-facing cameras are horizontally aligned, while a fingerprint scanner is placed right below them. This phone does sport thin top and bottom bezels, while all of its physical keys are located on the left, which is interesting.

Now, the designer also envisioned a 6.2-inch AMOLED display for this phone, and that display is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 6. You will see three color variants of this phone in the provided video, Black, White and Silver / Gray, and that is basically all the info that the source shared. Designer by Hege did not go further into the specifications of this smartphone, and that is understandable considering this is just an imaginary smartphone. Check out the gallery down below, and the provided video if you’d like to take a closer look at the LG Octane.
