The Ulefone Armor 6 is the company’s newest rugged smartphone, and it comes with a large 5,000mAh battery on the inside. Well, as part of its Armor 6 promotion schedule, Ulefone has decided to show off how well the phone does in the battery department, which is why the company released a new video on YouTube, the Ulefone Armor 6 battery endurance test. This video has a duration of about two minutes, and it is embedded down below for your convenience.
This test kicks off with the Ulefone Armor 6 being charged all the way to 100-percent. The first test the company submitted the phone to is 1-hour of gaming. The phone stood at 89-percent of battery left after one hour of gaming, which is not a bad result by any means, games usually take up quite a bit of phone’s resources and are usually a major battery-draining software for smartphones.
The second test included one hour of video playtime. Ulefone fired up a random movie and after one hour passed, the phone still had 81-percent of battery, which means that movie drained only 8-percent of the phone’s battery. The third test includes music, and it also lasted one hour. Playing music for a full hour (with the display on), left the phone’s battery at 76-percent, so it consumed only 5-percent of its battery charge. So after three hours of screen on time with games, video playing, and music playing, the phone still stands at 76-percent, which means only 24-percent of the battery was drained, but we’re not done yet.
Ulefone also decided to record a video for one hour using the device’s camera, also with the display on, and that resulted in its battery dropping to 69-percent, which means it lost only 7-percent of battery charge during that test. Running a GPS test for half an hour took an additional 4-percent out of its battery, so its battery level dropped to 65-percent. The company also decided to run PCMark on the device, to show off its results.
