If you’re interested in purchasing Ulefone’s latest rugged smartphone, the Armor 6, but are worried about its performance, well, Ulefone is attempting to remove doubt from your mind. The company has just released a new promo video in which it shows off the Armor 6’s performance. This new video has a duration of over two minutes, and it is embedded down below, for your convenience, while the company published it via its official YouTube channel. That being said, Ulefone has decided to mix things up a bit in this video, so this is not your regular benchmarking test, read on.
Once you fire up the video, you will be able to see the phone, and a glass water tank, and yes, the phone will end up in that water tank as soon as the company’s employee hits the start button in the AnTuTu app. The AndroBench5 benchmark was next, while the company also decided to run CPU-Z and PC Mark to show you the hardware potential of the device, and all those benchmarks were performed while the phone was submerged. In AnTuTu, the phone managed to score 135.654 points, while it has a reading speed of 289.56MB/s, that is something that AndroBench 5 revealed. The phone has a writing speed of 190.99MB/s, in case you’re wondering. The phone also did well in PC Mark, and after all that, the company actually decided to show off some gaming on the phone as well. Arena of Valor is the first game that the company decided to run on the Armor 6, and was followed by PUBG. Both games seemed to run fine on the Armor 6, which is not surprising as this is a mid-range phone with solid specs.
Speaking of specs, the Ulefone Armor 6 is fueled by the Helio P60 64-bit octa-core processor by MediaTek, which is one of the company’s best mid-range processors. In addition to that, you’re also getting 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage on the device. The phone features a 6.2-inch fullHD+ display, 21 and 13-megapixel rear-facing cameras, and a rather large 5,000mAh battery which should be enough even for those of you who plan to play some games on the device. The Ulefone Armor 6 supports wireless charging, while it comes with a fingerprint scanner, and supports facial scanning as well. The device will become available for pre-order on January 14, and if you’d like to know more about it, follow the link down below.
