"Official" Galaxy S10 Series Dimensions Shared By Tipster

A tipster who has shared plenty of Samsung Galaxy S10 information in the past, has now shared Galaxy S10 series dimensions. In the tweet, Ishan Agarwal notes that these dimensions came “straight from Samsung,” and so if true, that would mean they have more validity than your usual run-of-the-mill rumors.

Based on this information, the Galaxy S10e will measure 142.2 x 69.9 x 7.9mm, while the Galaxy S10 will measure 149.9 x 70.4 x 7.8mm. The Galaxy S10+ will follow with 157.6 x 74..1 x 7.8mm. All three devices will be quite thin, and almost equal in this regard. It is worth noting that this thickness probably does not include the rear-facing camera modules.

The information also suggests the Galaxy S10e will ship with a 5.8-inch display, while the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will sport 6.1-inch and 6.4-inch displays. The Galaxy S10+ display size mentioned here clashes with the info that surfaced recently. As detailed specs for the Galaxy S10 series appeared yesterday, and that spec sheet claimed that the Galaxy S10+ will include a 6.3-inch display, not a 6.4-inch one. Although it does remain possible that the display will measure 6.39-inch in diagonal, as most leaks so far have agreed on a 6.4-inch panel.

Galaxy S10 Design

Samsung is expected to introduce three Galaxy S10 series handsets on February 20, the Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+. All three of those phones will be made out of metal and glass, and they will be quite similar in terms of the design, but not identical. A special edition “Ceramic Black” proving to be the obvious exception as it will include ceramic on the back.

The Galaxy S10e will include two cameras on the back, and one camera on the front, a flat display, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy S10, on the other hand, will also feature one camera on the front, but it will ship with three rear-facing cameras. The Galaxy S10+ will also ship with three rear-facing cameras, but it will include two cameras on the front. Both the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will sport curved displays and in-display fingerprint scanners.

Galaxy S10 Specifications

According to the bulk of information that has so far come to light now, the Galaxy S10e is said to include a 5.8-inch fullHD+ AMOLED display, along with 6GB / 8GB of RAM. The phone will also include a 3,100 mAh capacity battery, as well as the 16 and 12-megapixel rear cameras. In addition, a 10-megapixel camera will be included on its front side.

The Galaxy S10 will ship with a 6.1-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel, which will be curved, and 6GB / 8GB of RAM. A 3,400 mAh battery will also be included, and the same goes for three cameras on the back (one 16-megapixel and two 12-megapixel sensors). The Galaxy S10+ will include identical rear-facing sensors to the Galaxy S10, although it will sport that 6.4-inch QHD+ AMOLED display, along with 6GB / 8GB / 12GB of RAM. The 12GB RAM count is reserved for the Ceramic Black Galaxy S10+

All Galaxy S10 units will be fueled by the same SoC, the Exynos 9820 in Europe and India, while the Snapdragon 855 will fuel all those devices in the US and China. All phones will ship with Android 9 Pie, and Samsung’s One UI overlay.
