Pricing For Huawei P30 Android Flagships Seemingly Revealed, Is Spicy

Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster, has just shared price tags for the upcoming Huawei P30 flagship handsets. The Huawei P30 will ship in one variant, while the P30 Pro will arrive in three variants, it seems.

According to the source, the Huawei P30 will ship with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and it will cost €749 in Europe. The Huawei P30 Pro, on the other hand, will launch with 8GB of RAM, but will arrive in three storage variants, with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage.

The source shared price tags for 128GB and 256GB storage variants, as a price tag for the 512GB storage model is not yet available. The 128GB and 256GB Huawei P30 Pro variants will be priced at €999 and €1,099 in Europe. We’re expecting the 512GB storage model to be priced around €1,249, €1,299, but we’re only guessing at this point.

As most of you know, a third P30 variant will be announced on March 26 as well, the Huawei P30 Lite, and it was previously reported that it will cost €369. All three phones will be announced in Paris on the said date, though the P30 Lite will be noticeably inferior to the P30 and P30 Pro, which is why it’s so much more affordable.

Plenty of Huawei P30 and P30 Pro info leaked in the last couple of weeks, as we’re a week away from the announcement. Both of those devices will be made out of metal, and even though they will be extremely similar in terms of the design, there will be some differences.

The Huawei P30 will be smaller, and it will sport a flat display, while the P30 Pro will include a curved panel. The Huawei P30 Pro will also include a different camera setup on the back, and even its sensors will be visibly different, even though both phones will sport three rear-facing cameras which will be vertically-aligned.

Both devices will include in-display fingerprint scanners, while they will also ship with a tiny notch at the top of the display. A really thin “chin” will be located below the display on both phones, and both devices will include Leica’s lenses, the same as their predecessors.

The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will be fueled by the Kirin 980 64-bit octa-core processor, the most powerful chip in Huawei’s arsenal. Neither of the two phones will support 5G connectivity, though Huawei will probably introduce a phone that will in the near future.

The Huawei P30 is expected to sport a 6.1-inch fullHD+ OLED display, while the P30 Pro is rumored to ship with a 6.47-inch fullHD+ OLED panel. The Huawei P30 may include a 3,650mAh battery on the inside, while its bigger sibling will ship with a 4,200mAh unit. Both phones will sport a 32-megapixel camera on the front, but their rear-facing camera setups will be different.

The Huawei P30 is rumored to sport 40, 16, and 8-megapixel cameras on the back, while the P30 Pro will include 40, 20, and 8-megapixel units. The P30 Pro will also sport a 10x hybrid (optical) zoom on the back.
